Order Policy
PRE ORDER POLICY
By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Pre Order Window
Pre orders will be accepted from June 6, 2026 through June 25, 2026, or until 1,000 orders have been placed, whichever occurs first.
Once 1,000 orders have been received, the store will automatically close and production will begin. Production will only begin once the required minimum order quantity (MOQ) has been met. If the MOQ is not met, all pre orders will be canceled and fully refunded to the original payment method.
Production & Shipping
This is a custom handmade product produced specifically for this limited release.
After the pre order period ends:
• Production: Approximately 45 days
• Shipping: Approximately 30 days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturing, material sourcing, quality control, shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or dispute.
Order Updates
As long as the website remains open, the pre order campaign is still active and production has not begun.
Please do not contact us requesting order updates during this period, as no additional information will be available. Customers will automatically receive email updates when:
• The pre order campaign ends
• Production begins
• Orders ship
All Sales Final
ALL PRE ORDERS ARE FINAL
Due to the custom made nature of this product, cancellations, refunds, returns, exchanges, chargebacks, and order modifications will not be accepted after a pre-order has been placed.
The only exception is if the required MOQ is not met, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the damage.
